3. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre.

4. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent to attend R-rated films.

5. The Shelbyville Capri is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

6. In the event that a film is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets will be refunded or honored on the new date.

7. By attending a film at The Shelbyville Capri, you consent to being filmed and/or photographed for promotional purposes.
